Introduction
Finding connections between various concepts and brainstorming new ones can be done creatively by using mind maps. When done correctly, it’s a terrific technique to generate fresh concepts and solutions to challenging issues, develop an article or presentation’s structure, and basically just organize your thoughts.
I generate the majority of my mind maps digitally, but even when I really shouldn’t, I frequently replicate a physical mind map internet so that it can be securely kept and conveniently found. (It’s a strange hybrid strategy, but it functions for me.)

Details
There are many different mind map programs throughout maintaining this collection so over the past few years, often more than once as they underwent updates and gained new capabilities. I’ve also created dozens more mind maps on paper and digitally for myself. These are the top five mind mapping applications that succeed in exceeding the extremely high bar that pen and paper established.

A pen (or, preferably, a variety of colored pens) and paper are typically used to create mind maps. You begin by outlining a main concept or subject in the center of a piece of blank paper. The fun then begins as you create “nodes” revolving around your main subject, each linked by a line and containing a related concept or theme.

It is highly intuitive & comfortable to work by mind mapping on paper with a pen. With little to nothing in your path, you simply begin to draw and move forward from there.

Summary
However, there are drawbacks to it. You are only able to use a rather tiny bit of paper assuming you happen to have a massive whiteboard lying around. You cannot simply change or undo items in it, and it is not searchable. The worst part is that you have no backup if you lose your mind map. Therefore, even while mind mapping with pen and paper is fun, it could be worthwhile to use mind map apps.
