Bridal showers, bachelorette parties, and wedding receptions are without a doubt some of the most popular occasions for custom-made cookies.

As specialty bakers of decorated cookies, we get a lot of imaginative requests: some are nostalgic, some are fun, and some are just plain strange! We figured we'd share some of our more interesting ideas and see if they'd inspire some fresh, fun ideas for your next get-together or party.

Bridal showers, bachelorette parties, and wedding receptions are without a doubt some of the most popular occasions for custom-made cookies. For those looking for something exclusive for their case, these make excellent party favours, goodie bag presents, and even place cards!

On one occasion, a bride-to-be with a large wedding party ordered a variety of our "Edible Elegance" decorated cookies as well as tailored tasty clothes to match each bridesmaid's dress and shoes. The groomsmen wore small matching tuxedos with their names embroidered on them, making it a game to locate their partners when blindfolded in a guessing game. It was a fantastic ice breaker for the wedding party, since most of the guests had never met before.

A baby shower was another fun idea for customised cookies. Many of our "Cuddly Bear" cookie favours were made by the mother-to-be. The party guests were given cookies and icing tubes with which to decorate them. They had a lot of fun brainstorming baby names, writing them on cookies, and playing baby bingo!

The game was exciting, parents received some great suggestions for their baby's new name, and everyone enjoyed a delicious treat at the end of the case.
