Client’s Review - I have booked an apartment in Asset Northern Star November 2019. I just wanted to share my Asset Northern Star Review.

The CoEvolve Northern Star is in prime location, Thanisandra North Bangalore and is very worth buying. The infrastructure provided by CoEvolve Northern Star is very good, especially Clubhouse ,Swimming pool etc. Lots of open space and good ventilation. I need to give special thanks to the sales team and their supporting staff to finalize the deal. Team explained everything in detail and helped me a lot. Also special thanks to the CRM team and legal team to make my apartment registration process smooth. I did not face any obstacles during registration. It went smoothly. It's always good to stay in a place like this, they have planned it for all the age groups and I am sure nobody will be bored at “CoEvolve Northern Star”.




My Experience:

Asset Northern Star reviews are positive , Good apartment for folks with kids. Well maintained and good facilities.This project has the best possible amenities with a reasonable price.

The area is now improving in terms of facilities and infrastructure. The apartment has some great features and a very efficient management team with great maintenance.Most of the prominent schools in North Bangalore are in the vicinity and the school bus facility is available from the main gate.

For the folks working in Manyata it's a max 10 min commute to work most of the days.This apartment complex has a good mix of people from various parts of India.

Excellent gated luxury apartments with a good crowd. Good amenities and ambience. A class above the rest. Best place to stay near Manyata tech park.

Nice garden with good and spacious compound.

The Apartments for sale in thanisandra by CoEvolve Northern Star looks very good. Well maintained, very neat and clean. Good infrastructure. It's a luxury apartment with all the facilities. Separately Parking available for visitors too.

The project is very nice and the construction is beautifully planned. The sustainability concept is perfect . The Water, Energy & Waste management is in proper way, that helps the family living over there financially and , there are plenty of luxury amenities.Feeling happy living a hassle free life in CoEvolve Northern star. Best project as well as real estate investment.
Pros:
Flat is a 3BHK with 3 bathrooms and 2 balconies + 1 utility balcony.
It is nicely designed.
Rooms are of decent size. Not too big nor claustrophobically small. It is airy.
Nice society, homely. You can walk or jog around the society.
The parking in the basement, therefore no cars to disturb people sitting or children playing around.
clubhouse in the society.
Active society in terms of events.
Well maintained lawns.
Great play area for kids.
Large roof top swimming pool can accommodate more crowds.
People celebrate a lot of festivals together.
The building has round the clock plumber and electrician and multiple security guards.
The building has power backup.
It is bachelor friendly.
Sustainability and Eco-Friendly homes are the main things in this project that I am so much impressed by.
It is very close to 1 major tech park, 3 hypermarkets, 2 beauty parlours, banks, atms, CCD, Eateries, Clinics, Pharmacies, and Bus stop.

Overall I am very happy with the CoEvolve Northern Star project team to fulfill my dream!...
