The filter screen needs to be cleaned after using the sprayer for a period of time. The method is: remove the handle, take out the filter element in the handle and clean it, then reinstall and tighten it in turn. If the filter element is found to be damaged during cleaning, it should be replaced. New filter element.
If you encounter poor spraying during the spraying process, check and clean the suction filter in time. Generally, the suction filter should be cleaned after each shift.
Regularly check whether the fasteners are loose and whether the seals are leaking.
Regularly clean the oil inlet filter to prevent the plunger from foreign matter and causing abnormal wear of the plunger.
In general, after 400 hours of use of the sprayer, check whether the hydraulic oil is clean and lacking. If the hydraulic oil is clean but missing, add it; if it is not clean, replace it.
