Preparation Work Before Shotcrete Operation:
1. Check the concrete sprayer. Check whether there is any debris left in the hopper. Loosen the pressing mechanism on the rubber plate, remove the curved plate and the top screw, and check the steering of the rubber plate and the rotating liner. If it rotates counterclockwise, it indicates that the steering is correct. Jog the motor to check the steering of the steel liner. If it rotates counterclockwise, it indicates that the steering is correct. Tighten the pressing mechanism on the upper part of the rubber plate and the set screw on the outer surface of the arc plate to adjust the gap between the rubber plate and the steel liner to make the combination tight and stable. The oil and water of the oil-water separator are drained. Open the shut-off valve to check the air leakage around the rubber sheet, and adjust the air pressure according to the length of the conveying pipe, and blow the pipe for 2-3 minutes. Check whether the motor is normal during the no-load test run.

2. Check the spray gun. The spraying operator is responsible for disassembling the parts of the spray gun, checking the incoming pipe, the water ring and its connecting parts for wear, and whether the water hole is blocked. If there is any damage, the other parts should be modified and replaced immediately.

3. Check the delivery pipeline. Air supply and water supply test Check whether the air and water pipes are leaking or running water, whether the conveying pipeline is leaking or running, and beating the conveying pipeline to check the wear and tear, and whether the discharge elbow is blocked.

4. Check whether the pressure gauge is flexible.
