The diversity of garments, expertise, innovation, and creativity we have made us the preferred selection among clients. And, our clothes are appreciated for it: · Interesting design & pattern of t-shirts · Use of elegant, soft

Is equality in possible mode? We see 4 problems in the top inequality of the fashion industry.
Back in 2016 I witnessed the actual cost (fashion) and swore I would never buy anything from fast fashion again. I was very scared of the picture I saw from a collapsed building, where a few minutes before workers in Bangladesh had worked for a large US retailer. I decided at that time and there not to buy clothes for a full year.

Earlier last year a story broke out that the same garment worker was not compensated because the order was canceled Covid-19. Again, the decision to make a separate world have the implications of real life for the community in developing countries. Not only the second most contaminated industrial fashion industry in the world, in terms of human rights and social equality of this industry has a long way.

Believe it or not, slavery often occurs in the fashion world. There may be forced labor in any part of the supply chain, from workers who harvest raw materials to workers who bring together clothes. In 2018, the global slavery index reported that the clothes worth $ 127.7 billion were made with modern slavery. How is this possible?

Part of the reason that slavery can occur in the fashion industry is due to lack of transparency in the supply chain. The supply chain can be difficult to track and still checked, especially as a scale of business and outsourcing their production. That is why we maintain our production in the US, so we can continue to track our supply chains and make changes as needed. A fair wage is a matter of equality when workers are not compensated or compensated differently because they are considered important to them. A good example of this will be the salary gap between the entries in the design team versus the marketing team.

Gender-based discrimination is also common in the fashion industry, but doesn't talk much. Although the non-proportional fashion industry is intended for women, a small portion of the woman who made it into the room where it was decided what we were wearing (the secret of Victoria was run by a man until last year). Only 14 percent of the main brands run by female executives. And while the CEO of women's little and far between, women's CEOs are more likely to be fired, which is 45% more likely to be right, compared to their male colleagues. Experience like outside sound, appear ...

Another aspect of inequality in this industry has the same access as clothing. We all have to have the opportunity to attend interviews wearing and feeling the best. If we fail to make clothes can be accessed for everyone, regardless of the position or socio-economic ability, we deny the large group of populations of their opportunities in social mobility and improve the quality of their lives. Apart from work clothes, we need to meet everyone's needs regardless of circumstances. That is why we are committed to making swimsuits with women's inputs that have different bodies, so that everyone can experience therapeutic elements because it is close to the body of the water regardless of his appearance.

We will never experience equality except each of us out of our way to understand the experience of others. I understand that can learn and sit with other people's experiences are privileges. You can't bring the actual weight of the experience and it certainly doesn't make you an expert. But it does provide you, even if for a short time, the opportunity to sympathize with a strange feeling and situation for you. We believe that only by doing this exercise, whether we can make more egalitarian decisions that can produce real changes.

In Miga swimwear, we did our part to make sure everyone was compensated and worked tirelessly to meet more and more women (plus-size was the goal of 2021). Don't underestimate the strength you are, customers, must bring real change in the fashion industry, or any industry in this matter.
